Terms and Conditions

  1. Service Agreement

    • All services provided by Boyazi Advertising are subject to a service agreement, which outlines the scope, deliverables, and payment terms.

  2. Payment Terms

    • A 50% deposit is required before the commencement of any project, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

  3. Revisions

    • Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions (typically three) for design work. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  4. Confidentiality

    • We respect the confidentiality of our clients and will not disclose any proprietary information without prior consent.

  5. Intellectual Property

    • Upon full payment, clients will own all rights to the final deliverables. Boyazi Advertising retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes.

  6. Termination of Services

    • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Clients will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.

  7. Liability

    • Boyazi Advertising is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  8. Governing Law

    • This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
